I’ve just had (or am having) my very first experience with target online… I have got to tell you I am more than NOT IMPRESSED! I ordered a computer for my son for Christmas and was told it would arrive on the 31st of Dec. Well, today (30th of Dec.) I was sent an email stating that it wouldn’t be in for another three weeks! Obviously I was a little upset so I called “Customer Support” and was told “We won’t ship until we have enough orders, but yours will be shipped soon”. My opinion, if this is a common practice, it should be listed on the website and not tell people that there are X amount in stock. When I explained this to the “manager” at customer support I was told that I was free to cancel the order (even though the money was taken from my account) and I would have to wait 7 to 10 days for the money to put into the account (probably more with the New Year…). AND was told “I’m Sorry for your bad luck”! by the “Manager”
I will tell you this, DON”T ORDER FROM TARGET ONLINE if you expect decent customer support or your items when they are promised!
