Over the last few years I have really focused on healthy eating at our house and finding ways to incorporate better quality ingredients into the foods I buy and make for my family. Take Best Foods Organic Mayonnaise for instance. It’s made with organic cage-free eggs, organic expeller-pressed oil, and no artificial flavors and preservatives. With Best Foods Organic Mayonnaise I can make our chicken salad, dip recipes or even my family’s favorite sandwiches and know that I am feeding my family something good.
Right now is a great time to give Best Foods Organic Mayonnaise a try because there is a 20% off Cartwheel offer via the Cartwheel app. Great news for those that are vegan, you can save too! I used the recipe on the Hellman’s/Best Foods site to create these Farm to Table Sandwiches (make 4 sandwiches):
- 4 TBSP Best Foods Organic Mayonnaise
- 4 Brioche rolls toasted
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices of Prosciutto
- 4 eggs poached or fried
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
These are super simple to make and they taste so fresh and yummy. Simply spread 1 tablespoon Best Foods Organic Original Mayonnaise on each roll, then evenly top with remaining ingredients.
I occasionally like to make sandwiches for dinner especially if we have a busy night. These were quick and easy to make and the fried egg gives the sandwich a good source of protein.
Ahh…Arugula is probably my all-time favorite green. I love it in sandwiches so much! I also use it in salads and even on top of my pizza sometimes.
Using Best Foods Organic Mayonnaise makes my sandwich better because I am using better quality ingredients. Yum!
Make sure you head on over to load the 20% off Cartwheel offer so next time you head to Target you will be ready to save. The Cartwheel offer is valid through 2/25/17.
