I am having a hard time believing September is here, the month’s just keep going faster and faster. The good news is there are lots of great things to expect at Target in September, here are some of the best things to look forward to at Target in September. We’re sharing new lines, sales, clearance deals and more!
20th Anniversary Collection – The biggest news for September is that Target is launching an Anniversary Collection in honor of their 20 years of designer partnerships. The highly anticipated Anniversary Collection will feature select reissued pieces from 20 past designer collaborations and will include apparel, accessories, home decor and kitchen essentials. This anniversary collection will be available in-store and online at Target.com on September 14, 2019. You can use this collection locator to see which collections will be available at your local stores.
You can get a sneak peek at the look book. Be sure you take some time to “heart” your favorite items so you can quickly add them to your cart once the collection goes live on September 14th. To view all of the products from your favorite designer, click on the designer’s LOGO.
Car Seat Trade-In Event – The Target Car Seat Trade-In Event will be starting September 3rd and running through September 13th. You can bring in an old car seat to guest services and you’ll receive a 20% off coupon good on your next car seat, stroller or select baby gear purchase. You can redeem their 20% off coupon in-stores or online at Target.com.
Target is releasing a brand new food & beverage brand called Good & Gather. You can shop from over 650 products starting September 15th, and you’ll find over 2,000 items by end 2020. The Good & Gather brand will include flavorful food with high quality ingredients. This new brand will include produce, ready-made pastas, meats, produce and more. Good & Gather products are made without artificial flavors, synthetic colors, artificial sweeteners and high fructose corn syrup.
Halloween & Fall – The Fall and Halloween items are starting so show up in stores!
Baby Sale – Target generally has a baby sale the first part of September. You can expect to find lots of baby furniture, clothing and accessories on sale. Many of the car seats are on sale for 20% off. If you combine this sale with the Car Seat Trade-In coupon it should make for some amazing deals!
Dollar Spot Clearance – There is a decent chance that the Dollar Spot items are now 70% off, because they went 50% off at the end of August. This clearance includes the college, teacher & school supplies, ice cream party and farmer’s market lines.
School Supplies Clearance – The school supplies markdown will vary from region (depending on when you started school). Last year our school supplies went down to 70% off during the middle of September. (We start school the day after labor day). There doesn’t seem to be lots of school supplies left at many stores though. It seem like each year the selection of school supply clearance gets smaller and smaller.
Home Clearance – We should see a lots of home items like decor, bedding, window coverings and towels marked down to 70% off towards the middle and end of September. They always clear out the items they brought in for summer to make way for the new fall designs.
Outdoor Garden, Patio & Grilling Clearance – The remaining garden, patio and grilling items should go to 70% off in September.
