It’s that time of year! You should notice Target starting to markdown lots of items, including the toy department. Target will clear out a bunch of toys in order to bring in new inventory for the fall and the upcoming holiday. The big 70% off toy clearance was one of my favorite clearance sales to shop, but sadly it isn’t what it used to be. Usually, near the end of July, all of the toys on clearance would drop to 70% off on the same day. Shoppers would rush to Target to try to score the very best deals, it was so much fun! In recent years, Target has started marking down their toys in stages, and the markdowns continue over a span of several weeks. If you are looking for the best deals keep in mind that Thursday is usually the markdown day for the toy department gets. Here is a look at some of the toys we found on clearance this year. The majority of these items are currently 30% off, but I did find a few at 50% off.
