Here are the sales, clearance deals, new items and events you can expect to find at Target in October.
Kitchen Clearance: We should see the kitchen clearance items get marked down to 50-70% off this month. There are lots clearance kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans and more.
Toy Clearance: There are several end caps with clearance toys that should go 70% off sometime this month. This toy clearance won’t be as big as the ones that happen in January or July, but there is still a nice quantity. This is there last chance to clear out some of the older toys before they bring in all the new toys for the holidays.
Party/Stationery Clearance: October is a great month to pick up party supplies, arts and crafts and stationery items on clearance. Many of these items are already 50% off, so I think there is a good chance we will see these go to 70% off sometime in October. The markdown day for this department is Monday.
Ayesha Curry Cookware Line – Ayesha Curry has a new cookware line that is available this month in Target stores and online at Target.com. Target will be the only store you can get her line in October, it should be available at other retailers in November.
Trick-or-Treat Event – Target is hosting Trick-or-Treat events at most Target stores (excludes small-format stores) on Sat., Oct. 28 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Bring the kids to enjoy trick-or-treating stations and giveaways throughout the store. In the electronics area, they will have their wall of TVs playing an exclusive, never-before-seen episode of PAW Patrol.
Seasonal Hiring Event – Target is hosting a seasonal hiring event on October 13-15th from 10 am – 6 pm. You may have the opportunity to interview on the spot. Think of the employee discount!! You get a 10% discount at Target and Target.com + 20% off fruits & veggies, Simply Balanced and C9 merchandise.
