Really bummed, I went to the Federal Way store today and they wouldn’t let me use the coupon, said it had to be “linen” I dont get it.
That is really weird, because these items are linen. I was able to use the coupon on the napkins. Sorry you had trouble!

I was unable to us it as well. But when I printed out the coupon I noticed it said it specifically said it EXCLUDES placemats. I was bummed too. 🙁

I have typically been using several target coupons at each transaction–the limit is still 4 because I had accidentally picked up 5 loreal nail polishes and had 5 coupons and they only let me use 4. I used three pillsbury 1.00/2 products yesterday in Puyallup.
