Last night while checking out at Target my mobile coupons weren’t working. I had exactly the items in the description and they expired 11/1 (yesterday) so it should have worked. The cashier told me I HAD to have cartwheel to make the mobile coupons work. I had just used a mobile coupon 2 days ago and don’t have/do the cartwheel thing. What do you make of this? I decided to just check out and go to Customer Service, but turned around to find an insane line of people so just left. Is there a new thing where I have to have cartwheel to make mobile coupons work? Thanks in advance if you have info about this.
I use mobile coupons all the time (at least once a week) and i never use cartwheel so u shouldn’t have had any problem that i know of.

I used cartwheel 20% off kids winter coats and 20% off kids apparel from cartwheel and the coupon for $5 off kids apparel from the target toy catalog and bought a coat for my son for $20, normally $40, no need to wait for a clearance sale saved 50%
