My Wellness Routine

Your health is truly one of those things that you don’t think to be grateful for. Which is why I have decided to be more proactive about my health this season. That means developing a routine, and more importantly, sticking to it.

Today, wellness feels complicated. There are millions of messages out there promoting hundreds of different diets, exercises, and routines that have “guaranteed results”. It was important to me that my routine didn’t feel overwhelming like that. Wellness should be simple. It should be about feeling your best. About doing your best. And so I developed a routine that felt effortless to me and made sure to incorporate foods and activities that I already loved so that it was easy to stick to! While I encourage you to try out each of these things, it’s important to note that physical wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all, and what works for me, may not work for everyone, so remember to stay in tune with how you’re feeling and develop a ‘Wellness Routine’ that suits you and your specific needs!

It begins with breakfast! I am a die-hard smoothie bowl fan and it’s always been a part of my routine to make one for breakfast each morning, but this time around, I’ve added a few extra steps to bring my routine to the next level.
