When Christy shared pictures of Target’s new Dollar Spot Farmers’ Market line, I knew I’d have to make a Target run right away! The boxwood wreath and hanging signs were calling my name. I used them along with some easy to find supplies to craft my way to this mini boxwood wreath sign. Grab these supplies so you can make one too! You’ll need: Use painter’s tape or washi tape to cover the inner edge of the frame. With a foam brush, paint over the sign with black chalkboard paint. Two coats was all I needed. Remove the tape when it is all dry. On the lower part of the frame you can freehand the text with white chalk. I’m not crazy about my handwriting so I cut the phrase “home sweet home” out of white vinyl instead. Secure the wreath to the back of the sign with a generous glob of hot glue. I absolutely love how my sign turned out! Do you like the farmhouse look enough to make one for your home? Analisa is a mom and avid DIYer.
