Cat & Jack Guaranteed for One Year

2/1/20

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

Cat & Jack is Target’s biggest selling clothing brand for kids! This line offers everything from fun graphic tees, hoodies, dresses, leggings school uniforms, shoes and so much more. The best part about the Cat & Jack brand is, it is guaranteed for one year (with receipt). This is great because kids can be so hard on their clothes and ruin them in an instant!

Cat & Jack stands by their one year guarantee because they make high quality products that are made to last! If for some reason, your item tears or wears out within the year, simply bring that item and your receipt back to Target and they will refund your money, or you can exchange it on a new product. The one year guarantee is good on all Cat & Jack products.

I have been dressing my kids in Cat & Jack clothing for years and I am very pleased with the quality and how long their apparel lasts. I am most impressed with their leggings, they are made with a durable knees and don’t wear out!  Over the years my daughter has owned over 20 pairs of their leggings and they have held up great! I am a wee bit jealous of all of the super cute styles they come out with each season and often wish they made adult sizes too.

Where can this policy be found on the Target site? I have had troubles in the past with employees not knowing the policies and having to pull it up on my phone to show them.

No, in order for you to return an item you must have both onesies because they were sold as a set.

I do not have a receipt for my son’s Cat & Jack bookbag since he absolutely loves it! Unfortunately the zipper is not zipping anymore, how do I request a replacement or where do i send to have repaired under the warranty? It is in excellent condition as well.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

I would start with contacting the customer service at your local Target store. Hopefully they can guide you in the right direction.

My son got a pair of cat and jack rain boots last Easter , but now there in a hole in them. Will target return the boots, or does the warranty not apply to shoes?

I would assume if it was an items only worn once they could help you with that, but I am not 100% certain. You’ll probably have to check with Target directly.

If my kids grew out of their clothes can I exchange for a bigger size or is this return policy only for clothing that has been torn?

If I used my Target Red Card does that qualify as a receipt? Since they can then look up the item.

Yes, they should be able to look up your purchase if you used your Target REDcard.

What if I have replaced an item once and a month later it has holes again? Last time I was told you can only replace an item one time during the one year period. Do you have any idea if this is true, or should I be able to replace it again since it is within the one year of original purchase? I thought I was able to in the past, but wasn’t sure if it changed or if there is somewhere that I could find more on this.
