Even though it says no clearance, I bought a pair of infant shoes that were $7.48 on clearance and then when I checked out the cartwheel took 25% off that. Not sure if it was a fluke or not but I am noticing that happen with some of the cartwheels that have clearance exclusions.
The 25% off worked on a pair of clearance shoes for me as well!
