I love a yummy Bruschetta Salad!  I like that I can take the fresh ingredients of the Bruschetta salad that I love and add them to my sandwich.  I used the MorningStar Farms Chik Patties to make some Bruschetta Sandwiches for dinner last week.  It was quick and simple meal for one of our many busy nights.  Now is the perfect time to pick up your favorite MorningStar Farms Grillers or Patties because they are on sale for 2/$7 at Target.  Plus, there is a 5% off Cartwheel offer too.

Bruschetta Sandwich:

  • MorningStar Farms Veggie Patties Original Chik Patties
  • Fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Brioche Buns
  • Olive Oil/Balsamic Vinegar mixture (50/50)

Cook MorningStar Farms Patties (or Grillers) according to the oven method directed on the package.

Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, add tomatoes and cheese on top of the cooked patties.  Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Add MorningStar Farms Chik Patties to toasted bun.  Top with fresh chopped basil and drizzle with balsamic and oil mixture (50/50).  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Enjoy!

These make for a quick and easy dinner night and they are yummy.  I love the combination of the MorningStar Farms Chik Patties with the fresh mozzarella and the balsamic dressing.  So good!

I used the MorningStar Farms original Chik Patties, but you can easily use any of the MorningStar Farms varieties with the recipe.  For instance, you could use the MorningStar Grillers and make a Bruschetta Burger.
