  1. I’ve always liked Target but this is really ridiculous and the second Christmas in a row I’ve had problems. Last year I bought a special occasions dress and I became very ill and ended up in the hospital. I was never able to wear the dress and it didn’t fit. It still had the tags bit I didn’t have the receipt so I was told too much time had gone by to return it. It was a matter of a few days. It was only 40.00 and I just wanted to exchange it for another or something else and they said no. Now I’ve been online all day waiting to purchase over 300.00 worth of items and I haven’t been able to get in to my shopping cart! If I can’t by 11:59 does that mean I lose all of the deals and the 15% off as well as probably most of my items have been sold out. I’ve had them in my cart so that I could buy them today.

  2. Target really has so much potential to become one of the best retailers but the way they go about things are WRONG. They treat their employees and so-called “team members” like crap (and no they don’t run the place like a “team” it’s more like every man for himself). Seriously, they are WORSE than Walmart when it comes to employee treatment and their LOD’s are more like bullies than “leaders”. They also do NOT properly train employees, they do not appreciate their employees, they will put unattainable demands on employees (for less than 20 hours on minimum wage), and they should consider putting in a revolving door at the main entrance because the amount of people who I’ve seen quitting in the 4 months I worked there was unlike anything you will ever see. There’s a reason they’re always hiring.
They need to give people PERMANENT positions and in SPECIFIC departments. Offer 20 hours at a MINIMUM for people with open availability. Appreciate your workers. Give them a reason to actually WANT to work for you Target because you will not have anyone worth keeping or of any value at the rate you are going.
