Valentine’s Day Mini Mailbox

Valentine's Day Mini Mailbox from the Target Dollar Spot

Bullseye’s Playground is all kinds of amazing right now. I found planner supplies, oodles of things to help get organized, and plenty of goodies for Valentine’s Day. I couldn’t walk away without these pint sized mailboxes making their way into my cart. These things are as cute as they get. Tiny metal mailboxes in bright colors for only a dollar…score!

Valentine’s Day Mini Mailbox

Dressing up these mini mailboxes is a ton of fun. You could easily use whatever craft supplies you have on hand. For my mailboxes I used:

  • Valentine stickers (found in Bullseye’s Playground for $1)
  • scrapbook paper
  • tape
  • scissors
  • ruler

Valentine’s Day Mini Mailbox

Measure and cut the piece of scrapbook paper to make a rectangle that is 2.5″ x 12″. Wrap it around the mailbox and tape it together at the bottom.

Valentine’s Day Mini Mailbox

Add stickers to each side of the mailbox. I found quite a few different sticker sheets at Target. Be sure to dig through Bullseye’s Corner until you find something you like!

Valentine’s Day Mini Mailbox

The mailbox can be opened up so you can tuck a small Valentine’s Day card inside.

Valentine’s Day Mini Mailbox

I plan on adding some sweet treats before I gift them. Who wouldn’t want to receive such a cute little surprise?

Easy Snowman Ornament

Easy DIY Snowman Ornament

December is when I kick my crafting into high gear. I have so much fun making things to decorate my home and gifts for the ones I love. I bought a variety of ornaments from the craft store in hopes of creating unique ornaments for our tree. Finding “magic snow” in Bullseye’s Playground was great since it makes the perfect snow to put inside these easy to make snowman ornaments.

Easy DIY Snowman Ornament

You’ll need:

  • magic snow ($1 from Bullseye’s Playground at Target)
  • clear plastic ornament
  • chalk markers
  • ribbon

Easy DIY Snowman Ornament

Draw a snowman face on the ornament. Chalk markers work really well for this since they work kind of like paint to leave a thick, colorful design on the clear plastic.

Easy DIY Snowman Ornament

Let it dry and then fill the ornament with the magic snow. Once you add ribbon it’s all done and ready to hang.

The holidays can be a bit hectic, so it’s nice to have a simple but fun activity to do with the family. You don’t even have to stick to making a snowman. Use different colored chalk markers to create any design you want on your ornaments.

I thought it would be great to gift one of each of the Amope products, so I stopped by the Target dollar spot to find gift baskets, a jar and tags to assemble my gifts.

Homemade Peppermint Foot Soak

First, I wanted to make a homemade Peppermint Foot Soak to go with the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File.  I thought it would compliment it perfectly.  I’m sharing the recipe with you, so you can make some too. It’s super easy!

Foot Soak Supplies

Combine the following items in a bowl (I found all the supplies at Target):

  • 2 cups of Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 3  drops of peppermint essential oils

Add to a jar and tie with string or ribbon.   You can also attach a Mini Wood Scooper 4″

Pedicure Gift Basket with Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File

Gift the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File with a pedicure kit!   In my kit I added the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File, the homemade Peppermint Foot Soak and a cozy pair of fuzzy socks.  I put everything in basket and added a couple of candy canes for fun.  I am very pleased with how it turned out.   I know the recipient will love it!  She will love how the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File will leave her feet feeling luxuriously soft.

Manicure Kit with Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Nail Care System

You can assemble a manicure kit with the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Nail Care System.  My daughter loves to do her nails so I know she would love a kit just like this.   For this gift I chose the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Nail Care System, Sally Hansen Miracle Gel set and a pair of gloves.  Once again I added all the items into a bucket and I attached a tag.   With the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Nail Care System they will be able to buff and shine their nails at home.

Free Beauty Bag

Since you receive a FREE beauty bag when you buy two items you could even gift them inside the beauty bag.  You will find all of the Amope Pedi Perfect items qualify for the gift card offer as well as the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel sets.   I’m sure we all have at least one or two people on our list that would love the gift of pampering.

Target Bullseye Playground

Target Bullseyes Playground

Target has reorganized the Dollar Spot and named it Bullseye’s Playground. As usually they have filled with with tempting goodies priced at $1 and $3. I am noticing that there seems to be less items price at $1, but that’s ok because the $3 items are pretty sweet.

Here is a peek at the new section and some close-ups of some of the items.
