It sounds like the Target Dollar Spot items with a red dot have gone to 70% off today, which makes the $1 items only $.30. My store didn’t have too many red dot items left, I did find the boxes with chalkboard labels that are pictured above. The items also weren’t labeled at my store, so you may need to find a red dot item and scan it in order to check the price.

I received word that the Red Dot Dollar Spot items are 50% off. I am thinking these items should go to 70% off by Saturday (possibly even Friday). Let us know if you score any great deals!

The black dot dollar spot items are ringing up at 50% off. There were no signs at my store, but many of these items have an Easter or spring theme to them. There is a chance that you may find these items in the back of the store with the Easter clearance.
It seems like the dollar spot items have been going to 70% off about 2 days after they hit 50% off. These should go 70% off on Thursday.

I heard from Carrie, a reader from Macedonia, OH that the yellow dot dollar spot items were 70% off at her store. My store didn’t have many items left, but if you know your store has a nice selection, you may want to check it out. Also, you will probably want to scan an item with a yellow dot to make sure they are 70% off, sometimes they don’t get around to switching out the signs.

Make sure you check the Dollar Spot for any of the yellow dot items, they should be 50% off today. If you don’t see a markdown sign, make sure you scan something to check and see. Many of the yellow dot items have a Christmas theme to them and that is why I am pretty sure they should be 50% off today.

Most stores are reporting Halloween items are now down to 70% off, with the candy at 50% off. The purple dot items in the dollar spot are also ringing up at 70% off. If the dollar spot items are not in the front, they may have been moved to the back of the store with the Halloween items.
If you see signs that read 50% off, I would scan an item or two to double check. I have had quite a few people mention that the signs at their store said 50% off, but they were ringing up 70% off. I am hoping that the 90% off markdown will happen on Monday. I will let you know for sure when I find out.

All of the items in the dollar section with a purple dot are 50% off. We should see these go down to 70% off in 2-3 days. Most of these items are Halloween or fall themed, but there are some things that would work for any occasion.
