Bring Home Authentic Tuscan Taste with Bertolli

For 150 years, Bertolli has brought the heart and taste of Tuscany directly to your table, making time spent with family and friends even more enjoyable. So be sure to pick up a jar or two next time you make your way into Target and keep the tasty tradition going. I made one of my favorite italian dishes…lasagna. I used the recipe for Lucscious Rosa Lagagna found at Target.com (Did you all know Target had a site for recipes?)

You an pick up all the ingredients necessary for this dish at your local Target store:

2 containers (15 ounces each) ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 jar Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
1 jar Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in large bowl. Set aside.

With this recipe you combine both the Tomato and Alfredo Sauce for a creamy style tomato sauce which I love.

Spread 1 cup sauce mixture in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, then 1 cup sauce mixture and 1/2 of the ricotta mixture; repeat. Top with remaining 4 noodles, then sauce mixture and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake until bubbling, about 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Head to Target Recipes for the Lucscious Rosa Lagagna Recipe and other recipes featuring Bertolli Sauces.
