You can make your own version of the popular Magic Shell ice cream topping at home. It’s super easy and only requires 2 ingredients. Your kids will think you are the coolest parent ever!
To make your own homemade Magic Shell, here is what you need
- 2/3 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
Melt ingredients by heating in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and continue cooking at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Once melted, you can transfer to mason jar. Store in air tight jar for up to 1 month.
You can substitute vegetable oil or butter for the coconut oil if you prefer
