Yes, they are already marked down to 70%. I saw a marc jacobs scarf for $20.98 (reg. 69.99) and the Proenza Schouler iPad Sleeve for $11 something.
Marked down here in Virginia! I got the gold trimmed plates for 11.98!!!

Issaquah, WA Target was marked down 70%. I scored a Rag & Bone sweater for $20 (originally $70)! There were also plenty of Neiman Marcus accessories left (flasks, iPad cases, sunglasses, pouch purses, etc).
