You can sign up for Target mobile coupons, these are coupons that will be delivered via text messaging. You will need a web-enabled phone to access the coupon. These coupons are Target store coupons, so you can use a manufacturer’s coupon along with them. To use your mobile coupons, you pull them up on your phone at checkout, and have the cashier scan the barcode.
Sign up now, and your first set of coupons will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

I went to pull up this ap and all of the reviews were horrible for it. It also did not indicate that there were coupons available for the ap. Is this new ap for android or iphone?
